Fish and Chip Shop Counter Servers
36 Hours per week, will include evenings and some weekends 4-11pm

Duties include:
- Giving excellent customer service
- Taking orders, handling payments and managing the tills
- Wrapping and bagging food
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and following the rules of health and safety
- Understanding all aspects of the business both back and front of house.
- Undertake all training given both internal and external
- Following the Krispies operations manual to the letter
- Smiling!

Fish and Chip Frier
36 Hours per week, will include evening and some weekends.

Duties include:
- Food cooking and preparation including
• cutting fish
• making batter
• oil management
• cooking fish, chips and other menu items-- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and following the rules of health and safety

- Stock control – including stock rotation and ordering
- Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
- Understanding all aspects of the business both back and front of house.
- Undertake all training given both internal and external
- Following the Krispies operations manual to the letter
