What is your job title?
What does that mean?
My job consists of taking orders, asking each and every customer if they would like salt and vinegar and/or lemons and of course our sides (curry sauce, mushy peas and gravy). Asking all these questions ensures that the customers food is exactly how they would like it. After that we box it, making sure the standard of every meal we serve is to the highest quality. We then read back the order and wishing the customer a lovely evening.

What is the best thing about your job?
The best thing about my job is serving great quality fish and chips to our lovely customers. And of course working with the rest of the awesome Krispies team!
What does winning From Field to Frier mean to you?
It means a lot not for just me but Krispies as a team because we all work very hard to make sure everything can be done to the best standard . We care about our chips just as much as our fish and we take pride in the food we produce.
What’s your favourite thing on Krispies menu?
Chicken Burger (they are amazing)!

What makes Krispies different from other take aways?
What makes Krispies different is that we all work as a team. Our food goes through different stages, prepping, cooking and then wrapping - all stages I have to be done to the highest standard and it shows that it is a real team effort. Everyone of us at Krispies takes pride in what we do and that's why we are different.
