Krispies Elite Customer Programme Terms & Conditions

By accessing or participating in the Krispies Elite Customer Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all other Terms incorporated by reference as described below.

General
These Terms and Conditions ("Elite Terms") apply to your participation in the Krispies Elite Customer Programme ("Elite Programme"), which is operated by Barnes Holdings (SW) Limited (collectively, "Krispies", "our", "us" or "we") and through which certain rewards and offers ("Rewards") may be gifted to you. These Elite Terms do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with us for other products and services.

We reserve the right to:
(i) change, modify, remove and/or eliminate in any way the Elite Programme or any policy pertaining to the Elite Programme at any time in our sole discretion, including in relation to the accrual of Rewards, either before or after their award to you
(ii) adjust how rewards are earned or redeemed. If we make changes, we will post the amended Elite Terms to www. Krispies.co.uk. The amended Elite Terms will be effective immediately and your continued participation in the Elite Programme after the amended terms are posted will confirm your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to these Elite Terms, or any amended Elite Terms, you must stop participating in the Elite Programme, although it may still appear in your customer account.

Rewards programme eligibility
You agree you are eligible for membership in the Elite Programme and that you are aged at least sixteen (16) years of age or older and a resident of the United Kingdom. The Programme is limited to individual membership only, and is limited to one membership account per individual.

Enrolment
The Krispies Elite Customer programme is only available to customers ordering Click & Collect or Delivery using the Krispies App. By creating a Krispies Elite Customer account, you will automatically become a member of our Elite Programme. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for updating it as required. Members must provide the required information to be enrolled and to be eligible for the Elite Programme.

Communication
As a member of the Elite Programme, you agree to periodically receive emails and text messages from Krispies. You may opt-out of marketing emails at any time, but, if you choose to do that you will not be able to receive ongoing rewards.

Earning Rewards
The rewards that are made available to you through the Elite Programme will be determined by reference to the qualifying purchases you make using the Krispies App.  Rewards may change to reflect your recent purchase history. In order for your purchase to contribute towards the earning of Rewards, your order must be placed using the Krispies App using the account that is associated with your Elite Programme.

Redemption of Rewards
You will receive a unique Reward coupons by email. You can redeem your Reward Coupon when you order either online or using the Krispies App during the checkout process. Rewards Codes are redeemable against Krispies products only and cannot be applied to previous purchases.  Unless otherwise stated, only one reward can be used per purchase. We cannot accept Reward coupons in our shops or via any third party delivery service.

Expiration of Rewards
Expiration of rewards and offers may vary on a case by case basis. Please check each offer carefully for expiration details.

Account cancellation
Krispies may cancel your account if, in our sole discretion, we determine that: you do not meet the eligibility requirements for membership stated in these Rewards Terms; you obtained or maintained membership by means of fraud or other deceptive practice; and/or you are in violation of these Rewards Terms. In the event that your account is cancelled, you will not be able to redeem any awarded Rewards.

Limitation of liability
By participating in the Elite Programme, you release us, our parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense, including, without limitation, property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of or in any way connected to the Elite Programme and/or the use of any Rewards.

Governing law
These Rewards Terms are governed by English law. Any dispute arising from, or relating to these Rewards Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
